Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of clinicians to deliver exceptional speech pathology services.
• Provide tailored support to clients with permanent and significant disabilities under the NDIS framework.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support junior staff to achieve professional growth and service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) registration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, including expertise in NDIS.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a senior clinician role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
