Job Role:

  • This role is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Deputy Manager or Nurse looking to take a step up in their clinical career or a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the mental health and challenging behaviours setting, excellent leadership skills, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for mental healthcare.

Duties:

  • Working closely with the CQC Registered Manager you will provide leadership, support, motivation and mentoring to ensure the highest quality of care is provided. in a warm, caring and safe environment within a service that meets all regulatory, statutory, Local Authority and commissioning requirements.
  • To sustain and enhance the Home’s reputation as a leading provider of quality care.
  • To provide senior management with timely and accurate reporting of activities, events and incidents within the home.
  • To manage and give guidance to the team.

Experience:

  • Clinical experience within a smiliar setting
  • Valid PIN
