About the role

Contract date: ASAP-Ongoing

Shift: Full-Time

Days of Shift: Monday-Friday

Pay rate: £45,000-£50,000 per annum. Depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinical operations of home healthcare services, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to healthcare teams, including Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain and improve care standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review individualised care plans for clients.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for clinical staff.
  • Act as a point of contact for clinical issues and provide expert advice and support.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients, families, and external healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and report on clinical performance metrics and outcomes.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection of clinical staff.
  • Stay updated with the latest clinical practices, guidelines, and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (adult’s or children’s) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Extensive experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in home healthcare or a similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with clinical advancements.
