Earn CPD Points for BLS and PLS Training With Us!

Did you know, ID Medical offers 2 CPD Points to those candidates who attend our Basic Life Support (BLS) and Paediatric Life Support (PLS) courses? These courses are delivered by a specialist training and consultancy organisation and are in line with UK Resuscitation Council guidelines.
To ensure our candidates can keep their training up to date for their portfolio and professional development, 28 recruitment consultants and support staff at ID Medical undertook a BLS and PLS training course held at its headquarters in Milton Keynes on Saturday 8 November.
ID Medical’s staff were taught the basic skills to resuscitate adults, children and infants, and covered all of the common questions that could be asked whilst supporting a healthcare professional with their training.
One of the participants, a Principal Consultant within our Doctors Division, commented on the course, “We all had a fantastic day and enjoyed our BLS and PLS course with trainer Nina. She made the morning very engaging and kept us entertained with her anecdotes and answered all of our questions.
“All life support instructors at ID Medical are required to renew their qualifications every year to ensure they are up to date with the UK Resuscitation Guidelines. Plus it means we can continue to deliver our premier level service to our candidates and make sure they are up to date with all essential training.
“What’s more, this is great news for all of our doctors, nurses and allied health professionals who attend our BLS and PLS courses. Our staff are now fully qualified to certify their completion of Basic Resuscitation Training and award 2 CPD points as a result!”
We are pleased to say that ‘Peter’, ID Medical’s BLS manikin, survived the BLS/PLS course and looks forward to meeting many candidates in the new future for their own training!
